The 390 acres, around Town Center (the intersection of Erie Parkway and County Line Road) was studied by the Urban Land Institute. Their findings show this location is prime for becoming a unique and thriving place with the right mix of retail, office, residential, civic, park and open space uses.
Erie Commons Final Site Plan
The Erie Commons final site plan was approved in July 2021 for six commercial pads and Boulder Creek Wee-Cottages which consists of 154 townhomes and has already begun construction. Circle K and Premier Members Credit Union are committed to the site as of Oct. 2021.
